However, due to the natural variations in flowers and plants, and differences in monitor displays, the actual product may vary slightly from the images shown. All products are subject to availability. In the event a specific flower or plant is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with a similar item of equal or greater value, maintaining the overall aesthetic of the arrangement.

3.2 Custom Orders and Event Decoration

For custom floral arrangements and event decoration services, a consultation and deposit may be required. Specific terms and conditions for such services will be provided in a separate agreement or quote.

3.3 Floral Workshops

Registration for workshops is subject to availability. Workshop fees are typically non-refundable but may be transferable to another date or person depending on our cancellation policy, which will be specified for each workshop.

Payment for products and services must be made in full at the time of order placement, unless otherwise agreed upon for custom services. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website. 5. Delivery and Collection

5.1 Delivery Area and Fees

We offer delivery services within Singapore. Delivery fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery location. We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses or restricted zones.

5.2 Delivery Timeframes

While we strive to meet requested delivery times, these are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5.3 Failed Deliveries

In the event of a failed delivery due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the delivery, redelivery may incur an additional charge, or the order may be considered fulfilled without refund. We will attempt to contact the sender or recipient in such cases.

5.4 Collection

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, cancellations or changes to orders must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or collection time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee or no refund, at our discretion. For workshops, specific cancellation policies will be outlined at the time of booking. All refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
